I know a lot of people who use Prepaid Visa cards, and I do myself. The reason I chose to go with NetSpend and their Prepaid Debit Card is that in the economy today it is just too hard to keep a consistent cash flow for a webpage designer like myself. Because of that I can’t keep the minimum balance in my bank to keep from having high fees. To avoid the hassle of high fees and worrying about my account balance all the time I use NetSpend and their prepaid Visa.
